Frequently Asked Questions
1
What is RegulationPal?
RegulationPal is a user-friendly tool designed to expedite the submission of Ingredient Reports and Notification of Change reports to Health Canada, ensuring compliance with VPRR (Vaping Products Reporting Regulations) requirements in a swift and efficient manner.

Our foremost objective is to guarantee the security and integrity of data, serving the interests of both flavour manufacturers and e-liquid manufacturers alike.
2
How do you protect the flavour manufacturers' data?
Through the implementation of military-grade encryption, storage, and other advanced obfuscation techniques, we ensure the secure storage of your data.

E-liquid manufacturers submit their recipes, and RegulationPal seamlessly converts and generates the necessary reports to comply with the Ingredient Reporting regulations outlined in the VPRR. Once these reports are generated, they are automatically transmitted directly to Health Canada, with no intermediary accessing this data.
3
Do I have to file the reports myself?
No. RegulationPal manages the entire process on your behalf, handling everything from start to finish. All you need to do is provide your details, and we will generate the reports and submit them directly to Health Canada for you.
4
Do I have to use RegulationPal?
Certainly not. If you possess the required data, you have the capability to independently submit your Ingredient Reports directly to Health Canada.
5
Can I manufacture E-Liquid without submitting a report to Health Canada?
No, by December 31st, you must submit an Ingredient Report for each e-liquid sold between June 9th, 2023, and December 31st, 2023. Additionally, any new e-liquid products introduced after December 31, 2023, must have an Ingredient Report submitted to Health Canada before they can be legally sold.
6
What if I have ingredients that I can't obtain the necessary CAS data to submit to Health Canada?
If certain flavouring manufacturers are unwilling or unable to provide the essential data for their products, it is crucial to replace those ingredients with alternatives that adhere to the VPRR regulations. Failing to do so will result in an inability to submit a compliant report to Health Canada.
